The Mad Rants of an Unconventional Soccer Mom

So I have decided to revive my blog. I'm hoping to reconnect & re-engage with some long, lost friends and also meet some new ones.

I do realize it will be a small miracle if anyone actually reads this, but just maybe I can come up with something witty & interesting that will suck someone in. Then again, maybe not. I'm not known for my sense of humor. Another thing you will quickly notice about me is that I have the same affliction that plagues most Liberals: I don’t do sound bites. I’m maybe too “wordy”. It’s a problem, I know. I’ll never be able to get elected and no one will ever want to “have a beer” with me at a barbeque.

I will of course be blogging mostly about current events and politics (shocking, I know); and more than likely my posts will annoy and offend you. That's ok. If you don't agree with what I write argue your position. I really want to be able to engage my peers in thoughtful, intelligent conversations.

So anyway - I don't really have any rules other then I really don't want to see any "you suck" post. You can certainly think that, but if that's how you really feel then back it up. Let me know your position and give me something of substance to debate.
